Seduction of Form Realism is not the goal. If my aim was realism, I would buy a camera and take up photography. Nor am I attracted to abstraction—that is, creating abstract work. I love the works of Mondrian, Kandinsky, and others, but that isn't me, in a sense I can't fully articulate, at least not in writing. Thus this piece, Seduction of Form, the depiction of a woman neither abstract nor photo-real. |
